More Good Reasons

Greenfield opportunity
While our brands are well known and represent the best in the industry (IAC Acoustics, Sound Seal, Pacific Sound Control and others), this territory has been underworked for years. That makes this an ideal opportunity to really make an impact and add value. You'll find our name opens many doors. Add to that your skills and you'll have the winning formula to make this is a premier territory.

Pride
We've earned our reputation of quality through hard work and by delivering best-in-class systems and solutions. You can feel pride knowing you're representing the best.

Professional development;
Though you'll have solid skills coming in the door, you're bound to add new skills and experience as you learn our systems and company. You'll have the opportunity to continue to develop over time and can parlay that experience to expand this role or pursue another role, possibly sales or training other brand experts in expanding regions. There are ample opportunities for proven performers within Pacific Sound Control and the larger IAC and Sound Seal organizations.

Team environment
You will be a part of a small and close-knit team that includes sales, technical and operations personnel. It's a well-honed team that gets things done, but also has fun together! We enjoy all the benefits of a beautiful and modern office (in Santa Ana) complete with cutting-edge equipment and all the right technology. You might want to join us for our weekly team lunches on occasion.

The window looks into another studio, so our engineering challenge on this job was that both studios must produce their shows at the same time without interfering with one another, and without interference from outside -- and the studio is in the flight path of Miami International Airport!

Keys to Success

This is a unique role requiring a range of skills. For example, success will require you to be a driven self-starter who's creative in your approach and highly analytical in learning our systems. • The ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic.
